is it neccesary to use the same legal languages while writing answers for law & tax paper ?? if we write in normal language will icai deduct marks ?? , it is difficult to remember all the answers in the exact legal language

my c.a. final attempt is november 2014 i know i have enough time to prepare but i want to start it as early as possible.now i want to know would it be good to get law n audit books now to prepare on own or i should not buy them becoz i have heard about some amendment plz help.

I have finished my bcom, intrested to join icwa, wat is the process?? And the minimum time limit after registering for icwa inter and exams?? And even the minimum timi limit for cwa final exams after completing cwa inter???
