I am appearing in may 2012 ca final through hindi medium but i want guidence for accountancy paper question where que asked for draft of notes to account whether hindi medium student may give answer for such part in english through draft of notes in english or else ???

No, u can't answer any part in english., as you have opted hindi medium.
