My elder sister has just become a CA. She has her certificate of practice. Can i do my articleship under her... or is there any rule that since we are relatives i cant do my articleship under her??

I am a CA Final student and i have to complete 3.5 years of articleship tenure. My exact winding up date falls on july 23rd 2012. But in the meantime I have taken 193 days of leave for examination purposes and allied matters. Please experts help me on this that how many days I have to work extra to complete my articleship. Is there any mandatory requirement to to consider 1/6th concept?

I have to appear for ipcc in nov 2012..... I am preparing for both groups but now i got a doubt that in case i pass in grp-1 but due to any reason i got down in gp-2 then would i be considered pass in grp 1 or not?????

I finished my 12th and I am planning to do CA.So please advice me how should I do my CA with graduation. So can you please advise me if I should do CA with Bcom regular or Bcom Correspondence.
