My elder sister has just become a CA. She has her certificate of practice. Can i do my articleship under her... or is there any rule that since we are relatives i cant do my articleship under her??

Yes very well you can join articleship under her, no such restrictions yet. As my friend did her articleship from under her father who is c.A holding c.O.P
