please i make request you all who have idea about expected change in may 2017 for ca final both groups.(1)What is my study plan right now as considering may 2017 both groups? (2) can i start which subjects of 1 & 2nd group as of now? (3) if i select one group for exam then which group should i select for may 2017 considering big change upcoming in may 2017? some are saying that 2nd group has big change in may 2017 .so you should prepared 2nd group .so what is your expert advise? please solve my 3 questions & i am more confused regarding these 3 questions.

My article ship training was completed on 28 October 2016 but my principal resigned from firm on 04 October 2016 ( he has not surrendered his COP). Please advise me what to do. Whether to get my form 108 signed from my principal ???

Now i want to continue my articleship from back date so that i can give my may 2017 exams. Please help me.............

Dear Sir/Madam, I joined a CA firm 1 Month Ago and now i've applied for Termination of articleship, But My CA refused to sign the form 109 even after my father also asked him to do so...and he is also saying that Give me In writing that You Want to discontinue CA course..only then he'll submit my form 109 to ICAI. This is going very frustating now, Do i have any option to cancel My Articleship training from here and Start a fresh new articleship?? plzz help

As you may be aware of the fact that CA Final Registration is valid for 5 yrs. There after we have to get it re-validated from ICAI.
My question is that whether this re-validation will affect the passing status of student.
For example: A Student has passed 1st Group & has a Valid Exemption in one paper of 2nd Group. His registration is going to expire after one attempt. Then whether upon re-validation of his registration, his passing status will get affected, or his passing status will remain same.

Please clarify the query regarding classification of service. A person provide a service of Labour Contractor only which means works contract without any component of any material. It is important to be that as per rule 2(g) of STR 1994 it is provided that labour work will work under supervision and control of service provider while in our case labour works under the supervision and control of their master, contractor (Service Provider).
