I want to know whether it is mandatory to mention clause para & schedule while attempting professional ethics questions??
Can I mention only residual clause 1,para 2,schedule II for the breach ?

As you will be entering the real world in the future, knowing exact schedule, paragraph and clause is important both theoretical as well practical point of view. Thus knowing the Chartered Accountants Act, is very important and writing the same clauses thus becomes more relevant.
