03 November 2016 Recently one of the partner in our firm left the firm under whom i took my ca articleship registration. Now could you please clarify me whether i need to continue articles with the left partner or need to get register with the other partners in the firm. Also tell me the rules and consequences if I would like to continue my articles with the left partner.

03 November 2016 choice is with you. If the left out partner is eligible to accept articled clerks, you may continue with him/her. If you wish, you can get transfer as well. The choice is yours.
