Dear sir,
I have completed my CA in may2012.when i was going through Form for membership application,there is a clause that
show your all other qualification and if you have taken prior approval of counsil then send the certificate and if not taken then submit Form no.112 and also give the explanation for not filing earlier.
as i have done CS and B.com(Hons) with CA course i had not taken any approval of counsil because i was not aware of any such type of Form and regulation. so pls help me what to do this time.

I am doing my articleship in a normal firm but iam not satisfied with it. I have been given only VAT department work and working of VAT. As such my areas of interest was auditing, I couldn't get as such the firm does,nt have audits. Ihave completed 10 months of my articleship. please suggest me what should i do? I am not finding any way. please help me. shuld i change my firm? but if i change everywhere i go everybody ask for refernce. please help me regarding this. please
