28 July 2012 anyone please tell me that whether it is necessary to apply for fresh ca final registration after the expiry of intial period of 5 years or not ?

i saw a notification on 27th of july 2011 stating that this announcement is upheld till further notice .

please tell the correct peocedures guys .
