i pass a/c-2&auditing with 80&70 marks but
i failed in IT&SM is there any chance for getting rank? pl... mail

Can the date of execution of deed (Form 103) & date of commencement of service be same?

I have filled in 10Oct as date of execution of deed without actually getting it executed. Is it possible to get the deed executed with 10Oct with same date?

MYself Nikhil Grover. i had appeared in ipcc may 2012 exam for grp 1. I got just 18 marks in law which i never expected. i had done the paper very well.on the other side, i cleared the rest three exams with 60+ in all three. so u can imagine wat would be my situation . i am 100 % sure there is some sort of mistake from icai exam deptmnt. i opted for reverification it had more than 2 months but my result is not yet declared. nov exams are approaching and i called delhi centre many times but they are nt giving any solid response. plz tell me wat should i do. i am in big trouble.

can any one please tell me how can i get a duplicate one.

I just wann to ask that it is possible to get at a time exemption in more than 2 subject of one group at a time for CA Final.

please help me, i want to know about my final examination attempt. My articalship started from 23/1/09 and continue till 16/4/11 and in this period i have taken 321days leaves.
From 17/4/11to17/1/12 is vacant period due to transfer proccess and again my articalship started from 18/1/12. I am a pcc student and my 3.5 year articalship is completed on 24/4/13 but excess leave leave of 141days is pending can i appear in may 2013 examination .please help

In one booklet of ICAI it is mentioned that there should be minimum 30% passing in all subject and aggregate 50% then only students will declare as PASS. (Applicable from Aug 2012)

In another brochure of ICAI which come with exam registration form mentioned that only aggregate 50% passing in all 4 subject no individual 30%

Please let me know which is correct.
