i pass IPCC 1st group with 320marks and
i pass a/c-2&auditing with 80&70 marks but
i failed in IT&SM is there any chance for getting rank? pl... mail

Those who qualified their both groups at a time i.e in single attempt with getting any exemption in previous attempts are only eligible to get rank.
Note: no of attempt you qualified is irrespective for the purpose of rank but only the condition required is has to qualify both groups at one attempt with out getting any exemption in previous attempts(if any) and getting required marks to allot rank.
So in you case you didn't get any rank because you not passed both groups in single attempt.
