Articalship and exam

From 17/4/11to17/1/12 is vacant period due to transfer proccess and again my articalship started from 18/1/12. I am a pcc student and my 3.5 year articalship is completed on 24/4/13 but excess leave leave of 141days is pending can i appear in may 2013 examination .please help
