I have joined my articles at a c.a in a firm, where there are only tax audits and bank audits and NO INTERNAL AUDITS...my friends say not to continue articles there as there are no internal audits. Should i take transfer?

i pass IPCC G1with 320marks
but failed in G2 without any exemption
is there is scope for rank?

i have joined eten coaching classes for my may 2013 ipcc atempt. i have heard a lot about teachers of eten . no doubt they are the best teachers but main problem i was facing about tests . they hardly take any tests . so i am planning to join another institute for only tests . this enables me to evaluate myself

Is the name of Firm matters in the life of a CA student? Also, if a student has done his articleship from a small firm then can he take entry in the big firms? Moreover, if any student doesn't get the experience of Audit during his articleship then can he be eligible for entry in big firms? please reply sir i am very frightened about this because everyone says about their exposure of audits of big companies. please reply sir.

I want to give my IPCC first attempt in May 2013 both the groups.. And I have classes in the morning 7 to 10 in weekdays and article ship 10.30 to 5.30 and again classes in evening 6 to 9(mon,wed n fri), Saturday 4 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 9.. And Im not completed my I.T.T and orientation courses yet.. Im doing my orientation in nov. and I.T.T in feb. now im worrying about how to finish my studies, how to plan for my exams.. im very confusing.. and so scared about how to prepare for my exams. Please any 1 help.. and im thinking to go for both the groups in may 2013, is it ok ?? please friends help me

sir i have dengue fever so can u please let me know if i don't sit for my nov exams will icai still count it as my 1st attempt??
as i have got my roll no.

plzz advise if i should try to get exemption in atleast one sunject in this attempt as i had compleated my tax study already others subjects are yet to be completed but my ill health doesn't give the time and concentration i require ,i believe something is better than nothing but plzz sir u suggest
