i pass IPCC G1with 320marks
but failed in G2 without any exemption

No, Those who passed both groups in the same attempt(all subjects with out any exemption in previous attempts if any) and secured marks requiring to rank only eligible to get the Rank. So you are not eligible for get the rank.
