The firm in which i am undergoing articleship has 6 partners, and i am registered under 4th partner when i have joined this firm, So in this case it is happened that the partner in which i have registered has resigned from firm . So my question is that what i need to do , whether i again need to reister under different partner and fill a seprate form or i need to taje transfer and file a new form?

I have just attempted IPCC Group 1 Exams.

All my exams were verry well attempted.

But Taxation was not so good.

I want 2 ask that if i got Less than 40 in Taxation Than will i get failed 4m group 1, even if i gett passed all other 3 exams?

i have just given my ipcc group1(nov 2012) . all my papers went well except for costing n f.m. i could'nt complete it on time. i plan to do all practical question but due to lack of timing , (i was left with only 25 mins and still my 2 questions were remaining (both 16 marks),so i attempted theory question but at very fast pace , in hurry .im realy scared, whether i could fetch marks , i really want to clear my this attemp!! this is my 3 rd attempt. even in my last attempt (may 2012) i got just pass because of my incomplte questions due to lack of time though i prepare all chapters well.

i have passed group 1 of ipcc in may 2012, now when will be my attempt for ca final? i have registered for articles in september 2012. pls reply some one....my article tenure is for 3 years not 3.5 rears.is final attempt decided either registration of aricles or passing both groups or registration for final attempt?

I am in huge dilemma that i have taken transfer from my previous firm more than a month ago but now after searching for better firm than the previous one, i couldnt find anything good. So i am thinking to rejoin the previous firm again. My problem is that " will I join or not"? Because some friends say that the manner in which you are treated first may not be like that now. And also my reason for transfer was the health problem and family problem. Please suggest me on the basis of the condition described above. please help.
