First of all go to file section which is there on the home page from it select the section for which you want to upload the file,like Income tax, audit, Vat, Service tax etc.On the end of the page you will find Submit new file and share it.pectify the details asked and upload the file in it will display in next day after Moderation, which the file will be uploaded...
