12 November 2012 hello sir,

my name is K M MITHIN. Instead of this icai is reg. with MITHIN K.M. So please direct me to change my name.

i have attended ipcc 1st group in nov 12

i am from southern region so where should i send letter (Chennai or delhi )
what should i disclose for this

12 November 2012 The choice is yours. (Decentralised or Centralised office.) Send the letter by A.D. or speed post. You need not have to follow up the matter with ICAI. The mere fact that you have duly communicted ICAI about your concern of NAME is sufficient.
