I have registered as an articled assistant and undergoing my first year of articleship. Now i want to transfer my articleship to another CA firm. What is the procedure for doing so? Do i need to get the prior approval of ICAI before applying for the transfer? NOTE: I am in first year of articleship.

If employee one month leave.will profession tax will be deducted for that month.

PT should be deducted on monthly salary
basis or yearly ???????

Pls. help to solving my problem.

I am CA IPCC student, I have recently attempted Group 1 and waiting for results and preparing for Group2 (May 2013).

I want to do another course/ degree along with CA (at present i am graduate in commerce).

Please tell which degree/ course is best along with CA.

If i join professional degrees like CS, CWA than is there any need of articleship in that degrees too, if i complete articleship in CA course? What are exemptions in that courses if i join one of them? pls explain in details.

I have worked in an MNC for one year. Due to the CPT exemption I am seriously considering CA. Can somebody please accurately guide me as to when am i eligible to write CA final, if i start off my articleship in March?As i am confused if weather it would be May 2015 or Nov 2015...Can somebody throw light on eligibility of CA final exams as i am new to this course...thank you..

sir,i hd join articleship on 31st october 2012 but submitted fees in december .institute has registered me as from 15 december.
is this correct?????
