I have received an invoice of classical dancers on which service tax is not charged by the service provider so my question is this services of classical dancers are exempt from service tax & are these services came under manpower supply (under RCM.The service provider is a trust.

i am 35 year old of c a final student.i passed ca inter in nov. 2006. i appeared 12 times in ca final exam. i gave first group 8 times. but i could not clear the same. i got 192 marks in group 1. should i leave ca . i am totally depressed and confused. what should i read. how to read. what books should i read. please show me the way to pass group 1. i can not imagine life without ca degree. please suggest me the way. please suggest me the recommended books. i will be thankful to all of you. please help me because i am your nalayak friend.

Hello sir/mam.. I have given Ipcc exams nov.2012 attempt both groups and have full hopes of passing in both the groups.. I am planning to do training in may 2013.. But I am confused whether to join any big4 or any mid size firm... After completing my CA i will be doing the job for max. 4 years after that I will do my own practice.. So from the career point of view where should I do my training.. People say working in big4 does give good exposure of work but not of all the areas and departments.... We might excel in 1 or 2 departments but we wont even get to know how to handle other departments... On the other hand in a mid size firm rotation of work is given to the trainees and they get experience of all the departments... So plz suggest me what should I do... Thank you..

Sir , i want to take transfer.

My first year of articleship is not completed, it will complete on 14th feb,2013.

My principal don't want to give me transfer, but i want to take transfer at any cost. Also he is saying that he will give transfer in the month of March & will sign back dated. But i am not agreeing ,Suggest me what should i do???...please

can anyone plz let me know how do i crack my final exam i clear all the papers individually but in aggregate group was not cleared so plz tell me some strategy so that i'll clear my paper in next attempt.
