21 January 2013 Sir , i want to take transfer.

My first year of articleship is not completed, it will complete on 14th feb,2013.

My principal don't want to give me transfer, but i want to take transfer at any cost. Also he is saying that he will give transfer in the month of March & will sign back dated. But i am not agreeing ,Suggest me what should i do???...please

22 January 2013 See there is no clause that you can apply directly to force your CA..it depends upon the mutual understanding between you & your CA..either request him or take someone's help personally who can help you in the matter..if you show aggression,it will increase your problem.

22 January 2013 Yes, you are right. Thats why im very calmaly handling the situation. But he is ready to give transfer but on back dated , i have tried to convince that it not possible as the other ca should be ready to appoint me on this condition , but they have not given clear answer.
i am concerned that my first year is going to complete on 14th feb.& if they will give termination , then 1 year of a'ship will be spoiled...can't we take help of institute??
