i m a CA final student and i want to do my industrial training,,,,,so i wnt to know is there any benefit of doing industrial training?

I have registered under direct scheme for May 2013. Unfortunately i have not yet started my articelship for 9 months which is mandatory.

I have two questions.

1)Can i appear for May 2014 exam after compleing 9 Months articleship and ITT and orientation.

2)Also can i do my ITT and Orientation programe after doin my articleship (articleship April 2013 to dec 2013) and after dat can i do the ITT and orientation and appear for May 2014 exam.

In the above link it states that those registered before dec 2009 for ipcc course have to reg again for IPC course before dec 2013. I registered for ipcc course on July 2009. I have completed my group 1 on may 2012 and joined articleship but yet to complete group 2. How much time do I have to register myself for IPC course. Please clarify at the earliest.

The Companies Bill,2012 is passed or nor,and its applicable for financial year 2013-14 ?

I have registered my article ship 15 October 2012 and took transfer 22 January 2013 and again joined my article ship 5th February. I have not sent my form 103 till date. What will be if I post my form 103 February 4th.and it will take 2 days minimum to reach SIRC branch of ICAI . And the problem is
Whether date of posting consider as a deemed date or should I paid late fee???

I am currently working as an article assistant in a ca firm from
01 september 12. I have cleared group 1 of Ipcc. I got myself registered for CS in August 2012.
I did not fill the same in form 112. Now what should i do??

Let me know the leaveperiod during articleship under directentry scheme? Also i wnt to know whether weekend holidays and public holidays will be counted as leave or not?

I am planning to give cpt in dec2013 and want to do cs as well,so when shall I give cs entrance? Guide me please I am worried.
