Can any Advance be classified as Standard upon restructuring ?

I am asking this because i read
when a standard asset is reconstructed it is classified as sub standard
when a substandard and doubtful assets are reconstructed they would continue to have the same asset classification
Loss assets cannot be restructured then
how can any Advance be classified as Standard upon restructuring ?

i want to get termination from my employer ,if i join in the organisation which is not far as 50 kms specofied in ca rules what can i do in that situation

Am i eligible for appearing in exam for nov.14, if i have joint my articleship from 27/02/2012. How many days of leave can i avail till nov'14 including exam leave.

SO WHAT TO DO FOR FORM 112....
WHAT IF I FILL THE FORM 112 IN MAY???

Sir , i am a CA final student and i ll be completing my graduation this april..! I ll start my articlship training in may.. So i wanted to pursue some degree along with my training like llb or, fca. So plz guide me ...

Is anyone can tell me what is the actual procedure to submit the online exam for, of cs executive.
I tried but it as for registration for executive course first on payment of rs. 9000,
I am already registered for executive and cleared 1st module and trying to fill online form for 2nd module..
plz...........

Hi I'm CS Professional Exam Student ( pending 4th Module). My registration was expired in 31.01.13 & I want extent this for the Jun-13 attempt & file the exam form.

For that purpose i go through online to extent the registration but I'm not able to do this.

I have cleared my IPCC both groups in Nov'11. I started my articleship on 21/02/2012, but then i terminated my article ship on 03/01/2013 and registered with other CA on 09/03/2013. Am i still eligible for Nov'14 attempt. Please Help.

Sir i hav paid rs11000 as registeration fee for ipcc in 2011..i want to knw shud i hav to pay again rs2000 for articleship or it is already included in registeration fee dat i paid i.e rs 11000

I have completed my articleship in 2002 (period served 3 yrs). I have articleship completion certificate. However i couldn't appear in exams due to certain personal reasons, as a result I couldn't complete CA-Inter or any equivalent exam. Now i want to enroll myself in C.A. again. I need to know whether i have to do the articleship under new scheme again??

If not, then let me know the procedure for the registration.

P.S.: I am a graduate, whether i need to appear in CPT also, under new scheme?
