I AM SUFFERING FROM CONJECTIVITIS
SO IF I APPLY FOR MEDICAL LEAVE WILL IT BE DEDUCTED FROM LEAVE GRANTED BY ICAI DURING ARTICLESHIP i.e 180 DAYS OR NOT?

i have join for articleship on 15th feb by direct scheme for three years if get pass in may 2014 attempt so when will be my ca final attempt ? i have doubt that before i will write exam i'l complete 14 months of articleship, is it these counted in total 3 years of article..?

but i have practically started my Article Ship in the month of August sir and it seems i have heard that orientation can be done at anytime before the completion of 3 years of Articles. why this is not valid and why my article ship is not being counted from August itself sir and if possible tell me if i'll be able to get my Final attempt in May 2014 sir

I have cleared my both groups of IPCC in May 2011, as soon as the results were declared in August i've joined Article Ship (25.08.2011). By the time i've joined my Article Ship Training i've undergone 100hrs ITT training but i've not undergone my orientation programme due to some problems and i attented the Orientation Programme in the Month of November in the same year(2011). After completion of Orientation, then i've applied for registration of Final, then i received a letter along with Final Registration from the institute which stated that- since i've completed my Orientation in the November, my articles period is going to be counted from the next day of completion of the programme i.e., 28.11.2011. can u please be able to tell me when will i be eligible to my CA FINAL Exam May 2014 or Nov 2014
