how many leaves are valid in articleship...?

whether public holiday is consider in 3 years of articleship..?
if i m on leave bcoz of exam, then this leave will extent my articleship or not....?

But i want to join the industrial Training by Apr 2013 as i got a call from XYZ co.

I've registered for ipc under direct entry scheme and also joined for articleship in the month of sept 2012. Is GMCS Compulsory to do in the first year of articleship training. If we not complete within the time, what will be the scenario.........
