i join in articles when my principle was in ca partnership firm now he retire from partnership firm and applied for pro i likely to take termination from him.but my sir say that the conversion of partner to pro is under process so that way he cannot give the termination until he get registered ..is this conversion is must

No No your articleship is not terminated it is transferred from one employer to another and this can be done as per the new transfer rules. In new transfer rules unless you have sufficient cause you cannot transfer your articleship
