15th April 2013 and want to apply
remainig 10 m for industrial
training but i want to do my
industrial training after my exams
in november 2013. So if i
terminate my articleship by 15th
April by filling 109 will i be eligible
for exams as im Ipcc student and i
guess eligibility requires 2.5 years
of articleship so whats d solution
for it?? whether i need to apply for
industrial training immediately??

i am appearing for ipcc gr2 exam in may .is one month enough? suggest me how to study i have not studied anything till now

I have completed 8 months of articleship in Jan 2013 and my working hours were nearly 50 hrs a week. For some personal reason ,I had to take a leave for 3 months from Feb 2013.
I have still not registered for Gmcs-1.
Will the number of months for my articleship completion be counted as 8 months or 11 months?
I have to complete Gmcs-1 within 1 year and I have not done the same till date for this reason I'm asking about the tenure of my articleship. 1 year of my articleship will be completed in mid May 2013.
Can, I register for the may batch? or because of the leave, I can register after may?
What will be the consequences if I fail to Complete Gmcs-1 before the prescribed limit of 1 year?

I have completed 8 months of articleship. The firm were I am undergoing articleship does not cover all areas. Also Payment of stipend is also delayed and I receive it only after asking for it many times . Moreover in a week my working hours sum-up to more than 35 hours(approx 45-50 Hrs/week).
Can ,I avail transfer on these grounds?
I have asked my principal to grant me the permission for transfer, but he is adamant and has refused to do so.
Please guide me with the procedure to avail transfer of articles.
Is there any other option available, if my principle still does not give me the permission.

I am in CA Final. I am doing Bcom with CA & taken permission in form 112 for Bcom. Now i have completed my bcom final year exams. Now i want to apply for CS course. So,Please let me know that whether can I fill the CS Registration form first, before filling up new form 112 for CS --or-- firstly I have to take permission(i.e. Fill new form 112 for cs) and then fill up CS Registration form. hi i am permanent resident of canada. i've cleared both groups of IPCC and now i want to join articled training in canada itself. but i dont have required information about that much. can anybody help me and tell me that is it possible to continue articleship outside india. and how can i be able to contact such members who are eligible to give training in canada?
