24 March 2013 Date of commencement of your articleship is on or before 30th April 2013 and submission of your form 103 for articleship registration with ICAI is with in 30 days from the date of commencement of articleship with out paying any late and not requirement of evidence for commencement and going of articleship. And with late fee and with the evidence of commencement and going of articleship at any time but penalty and requirement evidences will change by the late period of submission.

So to get November 2015 exam eligibility last date for commencement of articleship is 30th April 2013 and submission of articleship registration form with ICAI is 30th May 2013 with out any late fee.
