Industrial training aftrer exams??

Hi Sir, I m CA Finalist and will
complete 2.2 year of articleship by
15th April 2013 and want to apply
remainig 10 m for industrial
training but i want to do my
industrial training after my exams
in november 2013. So if i
terminate my articleship by 15th
April by filling 109 will i be eligible
for exams as im Ipcc student and i
guess eligibility requires 2.5 years
of articleship so whats d solution
for it?? whether i need to apply for
industrial training immediately??

The law is very clear that in the last year of your practical training you can join Industrial Training but as you are planning to appear in the Nov, 2013 exam and to start Industrial Training then it is not permissible
