my scores in final gr 2 may 13 is manac-44;isca-55dt-47 idt -39.should i go for verification?plz help

I HAD INFORMED MY PRINCIPLE 3 MONTHS IN ADVANCE FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING BUT NOW HE IS NOT READY TO SIGN ON FORM 109 AND NEITHER GIVING MY NOC LETTER. HE HAS ALSO THRATENED TO RUIN MY CARRER SO WHAT CAN I DO WITH 15 DAYS LEFT FOR JOINING IN THE REPUTED COMPANY FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING?PLS URGENT!!!! KINLY GIVE THE APPROPRIATE SOLUTION.

Sir, I have been registered under a CA as an article assistant since the last 6 mts, I don't find the atmosphere there comfortable, can I get a transfer to another practicing CA in the same town. Pls guide me.

what is the procedure needed for transfer for industrial training and
