A senior citizen having total income of around 200000 is holding a PAN card.Is he required to file Return?As per the latest rules ,if a person has some tax liability then he has to file tax returns even if his total income is below taxable limit.

i have completed my articlehip on 20.4.2013 including excess leave but i have not summit any form for extension and for completion.so plz tell me can i summit only 108 for the wholre period from 25.3.2008 to 20.4.2013.weather institute will accept it or not.

I am a CS Student as well as a CA student. I have completed my 1 year and 6 months article-ship training under the CA Firm (Durga Prasad Singh & Associates) and have good knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.
Kindly tell me that am I eligible for exemption from SIP Training under the CS Course on the basis of above experience.And if yes, then what is the procedure I have to follow to enable the Institute to grant me Exemption for the same.

Hii friends currently i am pursuing articleship in a limited company which is not registered with ICSI, i Completed here 1 year of training. will ICSI accept the training from unregistered company if not what is another option plz tell me. I heard that if someone is working for 3 years in Secretarial job they will get exemption. plz tell me if anyone know about this. Thank you, Rajini

Dear frieds,
I had completed my articleship training on 19th may 2013.I had sent my 108 to the institute on 30th may 2013.I did not receive Articles completion certificate.I made a call to the institute on 7th August 2013.They are telling 108 is not received.They had given one mail-id sroart@icai.in and they told me to forward the 108 copy to that.I did the same.How many days it will take to issue Articles Completion Certificate?.I have to appear in Nov 2013 ca final exams.Along with the application form I have to sent the Articles Completion Certificate also.Last date for sending the exam application form is 26th august 2013.
Please help him what i have to do???

I have registered cpt and i wrote exam, but i am not able to clear cpt.
After that i got information about
exemption of graduate students can enter ca ipcc directly.
I have registred for ca ipcc on october 2012
I have completed itt and oreitation , 9months articleship traning also.
Now i am going to apply for ca ipcc nov2013 exam.
when i fill application they asking under which category i will come whether conversion scheme or direct entry scheme, Please clear my doubts as soon possible friends
