i am a student of ipcc 2 group. I appeared in exams two times but never success-ed because of theoretical exams.

Dear sir / madam ,friends Good Evening my problem is regarding conversion letter & my articles registration letter i joined articleship on 12-2-2013 but not yet received registration letter . so i posted my query on E - Sahaayataa what the reason for not receiving i got reply like this send your orientation programme completion certificate , i send it , Again 4 days back i posted my query for not receiving articleship registration letter i got reply like this (Dear Student Your employer is not having vacancy to train you). I am doing IPCC under Direct Entry Scheme. I have applied for IPCC exam on 19/08/2013(going to write exam on November,2013). But unfortunately when I post the form, I forgot to put my signature on the last page.

Can you please suggest me how to correct the mistake I have done . What will I do now?

The ledgers are :
1) Salary - Notice period of one month Rs,5590/-

2) Gratuity (under shops & Esta.) - Gratuity paid for 3 years as basic salary is Rs.2795 total paid Rs.4194/-

3) Compensation (under Industrial dispute)-
Rs.4194/-
