i have a quiry regarding my ca final attempt.i have cleared my ipcc first group in 2011 may .still now i couldnt clear my 2nd group of ipcc.my final attempt will due in 2014 may.so please let me know if i clear my ipcc second group in novemeber 2013 attempt will i be able to attend my final exam in 2014 may???please help me out ...if possible what i should do for that???? for getting the registration of final soon after my ipcc second group result what i should do???can i approach the regional head office in my case it is chennai.plaese reply..

I HAVE CLEARED BOTH GROUPS OF CS EXECUTIVE PROGRAM ON 25TH AUGUST,2012 BUT DIDN'T RECEIVED THE RESULT TILL DATE. IS ICSI SENT THE RESULT & CERTIFICATE TO STUDENT ADDRESS? IF NOT RECEIVED THEN WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE?

Please tell me My college timings are 7.00-11.00 am and my articleship timings are 9.30-6.00pm.Will it cause any problem ???.I never attend college lectures.Please reply.

I had cleared my article-ship and Inter CA 10 year ago in 2002, but thereafter I did not appear for Final CA since I got married and conditions were not in favor of me to complete my Final CA. Now, I Am appearing for my Final CA in May 2014 and for that I have joined J K Shah Classes for all subjects except Audit and Direct Tax.I have been working as an accounts manager in a textile firm since last 1 year. I want to know how should I approach for my exams and how much leave will be appropriate for my for studies?

I have completed CA & CS and I have taken Membership of ICAI only

હું ગુજરાત બાર કાઉન્સીલની મેમ્બરશીપ ધરાવુ છું તેમજ વાણિજિયક વેરા ખાતા દ્રારા નોંધાયેલ ટેક્ષ પ્રેક્ટીશનર છું. અને વેટ કાયદા હેઠળ માલિકી ધોરણે વકીલાત કરું છું. અને મારા અસિલો પાસેથી નીચે જણાવેલ કામ માટે મને ફી મળે છે.
(૧) અસીલોના માસિક/ત્રિમાસિક ધોરણે રીટર્ન ફાઈલ કરવાની ફી અસીલો પાસેથી લઈએ છીએ.
(૨) અસીલોની ગુજરાત વેટ કાયદા હેઠળની આકારણીમા હાજર રહીએ છીએ અને તે બદલ અસીલો તરફથી ફી લઈએ છીએ.
(૩) અસીલોની First Apeal તબ્બકે અપીલનુ ડ્રાફ્ટીંગ કરીએ છીએ તેમજ અપીલના હીયરીંગ તબ્બકે અસીલ વતી હાજર રહીએ છીએ. અને આ બંને કાર્યવાહી માટે ફી લઈએ છીએ.
(૪) અસીલને ગુજરાત વેટ કાયદા હેઠળ અમારા અભિપ્રાય આપીએ છીએ જે બદલ પણ અગલ ફી લઈએ છીએ. અસીલો માલિકી પેઢી, ભાગીદારી પેઢી તથા કંપની એક્ટ હેઠળ નોંધાયેલી કંપનીઓ હોય છે.
પ્રશ્ન-
- તો ઉપર જણાવેલ ચાર પ્રકારની ફી માંથી કયા કયા પ્રકારની ફી ઉપર અમારે સર્વિસ ટેક્સ ભરવો પડે ?
- ઉપર મુજબની પ્રોફેશનલ સેવાઓ એડવોકેટ સિવાયની વ્યક્તિ એટલે કે વાણિજિયક વેરા ખાતા દ્રારા નોંધાયેલ ટેક્ષ પ્રેક્ટીશનર દ્રારા આપવામા આવે તો સર્વિસ ટેક્ષ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન મેળવવુ પડે કે કેમ ?
- સર્વિસ ટેક્ષ ભરવો પડે કે કેમ ?

એક એડવોકેટ અથવા વેટ પ્રેક્ટીશનરની કોઈ એક નાણાંકીય વર્ષ દરમ્યાન કુલ પ્રોફેશનલ ફીની આવક રૂપિયા પંદર લાખ છે. જે પૈકી સર્વિસ ટેક્ષને પાત્ર આવક રૂપિયા સાત લાખ છે. અને બાકી રહેતી રૂપિયા આઠ લાખની આવક ઉપર સર્વિસ ટેક્ષ ભરવામાથી મુક્તિ મળવાપાત્ર છે.
પ્રશ્ન-
તો આ એડવોકેટ અથવા વેટ પ્રેક્ટીશનરને સર્વિસ ટેક્ષ ભરવાનો થાય કે કેમ ? અથવા સર્વિસ ટેક્ષને પાત્ર આવક રૂપિયા દસ લાખથી ઓછી હોવાને કારણે સર્વિસ ટેક્ષ ભરવામાથી મુક્તિ મળે ?

my name is rohit dhingra. and i have enrolled for cpt on 26th aug. for the dec. attempt of 2013. and i am also doing a job because of which i am unable to go coaching. so please advice me how to prepare for cpt to score good marks.

My final attempt is due on Nov 2014. Would it be advisable to take coaching for Auditing paper now itself? or Will there be any impact of Companies bill 2012 on Auditing subject paper too...???

i am 28 years old completed CS executive and First Module of Professional level and also completed 15 months of training from practicing company secretary firm, and it takes further 2 attempts for completing remaining 3 modules of professional level, at the time of completing CS course my age would be around 30 years now my question is whether completing CS course at this age is worthwhile, do companies accept my candidature as a fresher, and what are the other ways for settling career as a CS other than the employment, in conclusion i am trying to ask that will i earn for satisfying financial needs from cs degree

I am Ca Final student in articleship since Feb. 2012. I am pursuing my graduation through IGNOUs B.Com(A&F)course privately(registered in Feb.2013).As per the course structure,i am due to give exams in Dec.2013(no B.Com exams after that).Thereafter i am gonna start my CS Executive with attempt in June 2014(i passed foundation in june 2013)
Seeing my case, please advise me about my requirement to submit FORM 112.What will be the procedure.?
