Non submission of form no112 more than 1 yr

pls send me application letter for non submission of form no.112. I hv clearead my ca exam in may 2013 n i m persuing cs also but i hvnt taken permission. I hv no idea that what reason shud i write in the letter.

I am pursuing B.com Hons along with my CA from Corespondance and it has a certificate From college. But i am doing My B.com from Correpondance. So sir please tell me that from where i can get it signed

One of my frnd is having dispute wid his current principal, and his principal is litrely torturing him in name of professional work. plz let me knw if there is any provision in icai for this kind of behaviour of principals.
