Development Act, 2006" must be attached with it.

I am not sure where I can find the format. Therefore request your "Good Forum" to help me with this format.

My Query is if company's AGM date is 10.09.2012 and company intimated the Statutory auditor regarding their regular appointment on 21/09/2012 that is more than 7 days have elapsed from date of AGM .So are there any consequences company have to face if yes what?

I am a practicing CA. I have already regitered my DSC with the MCA. Now i have renewed the same. When I try to update the same by going through the procedure as mentioned under "Register your DSC" option after all the details I receive the following error

" USER IS ALREADY REGISTERED AGAINST THIS PAN"

Section 269 of the Companies Act, 1956 is applicable to our company, hence, we have to appoint a Managing Director. I have some queries as under :

1) Is it mandatory to pay remuneration to the Managing Director?

2) What is the provision if appointed Managing director getting their Remuneration from other group company, which is a Private Limited Company.

Please explain the provisions.

I filed 23B for my client after 4th August and the Form fees was 3000(300 was the fee and penalty was 2700). Now, MCA has made filing of 23B possible without late fee till 23rd December. This was done just recently. As you probably know, filing of Form 23B prior to 4th August was absolutely free.

Now, since late fee has been waived, will I be able to get the penalty of Rs.2700 refunded? If so, how?
