Sir/Madam
My Query is if company's AGM date is 10.09.2012 and company intimated the Statutory auditor regarding their regular appointment on 21/09/2012 that is more than 7 days have elapsed from date of AGM .So are there any consequences company have to face if yes what?
Please resolve my Above query ..

Yes the company should intimate the auditors within 7 days of the date of AGM.
But generally internal paperwork of the company so does not comes into front dias.
