Hi All,
Please be advised that I have to file LLP Form 8 that mandates that "Disclosures under Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises
Development Act, 2006" must be attached with it.
I am not sure where I can find the format. Therefore request your "Good Forum" to help me with this format.
Also suggest me as to how many members need to sign this.

You can obtain the same from the MSME Act, 2006 under section 22
