I am incorporating a private limited company. Form 1A has been filed with 3 subscribers. Now I am filing Form 1,18,32 in which i want to add one more subscriber to the shares i.e., wanted to file with 4 subscribers..Can i do so????

Authorise Capital Rs. 25 Lacs
Share Application Money Outstanding Rs. 19 Lacs?

I want to know whether form no. 66 is mendatory or not?? and what is the limit for such???

I just want to know that application money pending allotment in a private limited company can be returned in cash.

Does the above section require to give the whole list of employees who have been paid an amount in aggregate of Rs. 3,00,000 p.a.??

Suppose A pvt. ltd. company has 900 such employees. Is it necessary for the company to attach the list of employees in their directors report and is it mandatory to file the same with ROC while annual XBRL Filing??

Is this clause still applicable or removed??
