Section 274(1)(g) from directors of independent pvt cos

Hi,

Someone may please reply to the following query(s):

Query

Whether Section 274(1)(g) requirement from directors shall apply to all type of companies or it shall not apply to an independent private company.

Query regarding din-3

A Private Limited Company has filed DIN 3 for a Director with wrong designation i.e. instead of Managing Director they have filed the form with the designation-Director. Is it possible to file fresh Form DIN-3 by attaching a copy of Board resolution or else what is the remedy?

Please suggest us all possible remedies

SIR, PLE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.I SUBMITTED COMPANY INCORPORATION FORMS-1,18,32.I RECEIVED A MAIL ASKING TO RESUBMIT FORM 18 AND IT SAID THAT-MUNICIPAL NUMBER IS NOT FURNISHED IN FORM 18.
