My Name is kumar.i am the follower for CA Club India,Sir i am working with limited company.my doubt is my company registered with companies act in ROC and company authorised capital is 49 crores and paid up capital is 49 crores.its a unlisted company i have small doubt regarding How to be listed with NSE or BSE for a public limited unlisted company.and how to be registered with stock exchange for a public limted company?Please give a brief Reply.

I am facing a strange problem while uploading form 1 for incorporation of co. the MCA portal is sghowing an error as" THE DIN ENTERED UPON FOR DIRECTOR SIGNING OF EFORM DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE DSC AFFIXED.

I have checked the form atleast 10 times and there is no error. I even downloaded a new form but the same error is there. However the problem was not appeared for Form 18, Form 32.

Please let me know the solution for this.

If a Person is appointed as chairman of the company ( and he is not taking part in the day today affairs of the company, whether he is a executive director or a non executive director. my doubt is if the chairman is appointed for the company then he is bound to be executive director. Kindly advice.

I am looking forward to ploat a Pvt. Ltd company in Uttaranchal. Our main bussiness will be to buy agricultural land and sale them ib small sizes for residential purpose by changing the character of land from Agriculture to Residential.
I have few queries
1) Do I need to mention in MOA/AOA that comapnies objective is to carry out agricultural activities for purchasing agricultural Land.

2) How much land can a company purchase.
