Hi
I am one of the co-founder director of a Pvt. Ltd. Company based out of Bangalore. the organization is run by 2 of the director & co-founder as management body.
I want to transfer my share and authority to another director permanently and come out of management body.
Please suggest the procedure

transfer the share through a share transfer deed.
resign as a director - do relevant ROC filings (company shall do this part)
