One of our client has started a private Limited company in June,2010 with 3 directors.But after that the company had not filled any return with Roc or commenced operations.Now at ROC site the Status of the company shows"Strike Off".
So,I would like to know how to Restore a company which is "Strike off".Also there is a Dispute between the Directors ,So can one of the Director can continue the Restored Company's operations with out the other Directors.
Also please help me to know that whether a director of a "Strike Off" Company can form and become a director in a New/Existing Company.

We have registered our co with ROC by the name Credence (India)Pvt Ltd. But we want the name as Credence India Pvt Ltd.Should we apply for the name change?? OR Does it make any difference that we use India word without brackets in all our public communications?

We had applied for drug licence in Chhattisgarh.

The licence has being issued to Jai Medical (Trade Name which we applied for)and it says issued to : Directors of MPR Healthcare Pvt limited for M/s Jai Medical.

How should I get the bill book printed as licence is issued to Jai Medical but company is MPR Healthcare.

Also TIN, Gumasta should be in the name of Jai Medicals or MPR Healthcare Pvt Ltd.

There is a public company having 7 directors in which only 1/3 directors are liable to retire by rotation in the annual general meeting. No agm has been held since 2011. now what will be the position of the board of directors in the absence of annual general meeting. they are not going to hold AGM from back date. Kindly guide.

I have prepared form 1 with MoA & AoA subscriber clause dated 16th.

But the MCA portal says:

''Ensure that the Memorandum and Article is dated on a date after the date of stamping.''

As it is, I have not paid stamp duty as of yet on today the 17th since the eform has not yet been filed.

SO, do i need to change the date given in MoA & AoA.?

if yes, what date should i give?

Also, please suggest the necessary key points for e filing of the form 1, 18 & 32.

Whether director presence is necessary in India while appointment as director in Indian company or documents/annexure could be signed by director from there only and send the documents through post to India.

Any technical service employee provider pvt. ltd. company is covered under Contract act or not?
