22 May 2013 Digital signature of Registrar of Companies is not displaying (space for signature is blank) in the certificate of incorporation e-mailed to me. Is this due to improper system settings in my PC?

22 May 2013 Yes, some times it will not show in some systems duty some settings and software requirements

try on other system,.

and check whether your system having software requirements of mca site,

it requires latest pdf reader

22 May 2013 I use the following software.

i) Windows XP(SP3)

ii) Internet Explorer version 6.0

iii) Adobe Reader version 9.0

iv) Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.6.30.
