A LLP has taken loan from 2 partners. Now the business is not working and LLP needs to be shut down.
But there is no money to pay back partner loan. The loan amount was capitalized over the years.
Can LLP close without paying back partner loan?
Can LLP write off partner loan and then close?
What is the process in such a scenario?

Dear Expert,

1. An individual takes personal gold loan of Rs. 10 Lacs. The bank transfers the gold loan money in his savings account.
2. Now he incorporates a OPC with paid up capital of Rs. 5 Lacs.
3. He transfers Rs. 5 Lacs from his saving account to company current account for paid up share capital.
Query: Is there any restriction on this source of share capital?

Is eligible for Gratuity?

i was working in an an organisation ( Custom House Agent) in which till December 2019 there was 11 employee but right now less than 10 employee.
I completed job 4 years , 10 month and 11 Days and my office working day is 5 days in a week
Ie. in 5th Year i have worked more than 190 days ( my Job was Manager Accounts and Finance) now my management terminate my Job without any Notice and also for any misbehavior ( Not gotten any mail. letter) Now still Full and final settlement is not finalized . can i eligible to get Gratuity as per Gratuity act . Please reply me.

Resignation as a Company Director

Dear Experienced members of CAClubIndia,

Greetings of the day!
I had a specific query about resigning as a director of a pvt ltd company.

I had joined an pvt ltd company in 2018 which was also formes also together in the same time around June 2018,past 6 months due to multiple reasons,no one focused on the startup and all 3 directors were working on their own in other activities.

Now the other 2 directors have shared with me the resignation letter format.
I am happy and willing to resign,thus just wanted clarification that are there any specific clauses to be mentioned in the letter so as there is no element of any liability or other responsibilities I get stuck with after submitting the resignation letter.

Strike Off

I have incorporated a company in the year 2016 , but business never could get started neither any other activity related to compliances or anything has been done.
I want to strike off the name of company from "Register of Companies" The status of company is "Active non compliant" what will be the procedure?

if any Pvt. Ltd. company in Delhi not following labour law , can be any consequences.
Company is paying below Rs. 10.000/- ( Ten Thousand per month) per month to its office boy. there will be any consequences. and also company not provided appointment letter to the office boy of company . But the office boy is working whole day in office.
as per Delhi labour law company can face any consequences.
