YES, A SCHEME INTRODUCED BY MCA IN WHICH COMPANIES GETS AN OPPORTUNITY TO REVIVE ITSELF FROM NON-COMPLIANT TO COMPLIANT COMPANIES. OLD FILING CAN ALSO BE DONE WITH NO ADDITIONAL FEES.

Active 22A is not yearly form it was one time for every Company incorporated on or before the 31st December, 2017
