My query is that while calculating that loans are within the Borrowing Power of the Company whether the Loans Sanctioned is taken or actually availed.

Means if Company has fixed limit to Borrow upto Rs.500/- crore in the General Meeting then can it have loans of Rs.700/- crore sanctioned

I filled FORM 1A and given my ICAI membership number in specific column provided for . I clicked pre-scrutiny button , its shown "no error". While uploading the same it shows "Prescrutiny error - membership number invalid". Experts Please guide me to rectify this error. My M.No.228786 and its correctly got filled

New Members want the name to change as per their desire.

we have applied for form 1,18, 32 for company incorporation on 27/07/2013 but now 21 days has be laps but form not get approved from ROC-Delhi.
