My Client have changed his old chartered accountant due to some personal reasons and he want to change the registered office of the newly established private limited company in delhi to Uttarpradesh, because he is now doing manufacturing bussiness in noida.///

i want to know that should i change last page of moa and aoa of shareholding and subscription for old Chartered accountants page and replace my details over it for the process of change of address of company from one state to another

Can a Director, holding Defaulting status of an existing Pvt.Ltd. company, be a signatory to a New Company under incorporation?

Can he also be proposed to be a Director of that Company under Incorporation?

if the 25% or more than share capital of company "A" is owned by company "B", then while passing special resolution, what points should company "A" should be followed.

In a 100% foreign Subsidiary company in India, a Managing director is appointed by the head office to Indian company, and he is received salary from foreign i.e from head office. My question is this salary could be charge in the books of Indian company, if charged, the TDS is applicable ? on this salary by India company.
