Defaulting director vs incorporation of new company

31 August 2013 Can a Director, holding Defaulting status of an existing Pvt.Ltd. company, be a signatory to a New Company under incorporation?

Can he also be proposed to be a Director of that Company under Incorporation?

Please calrify.

No he can not use his DSC as a director of any other company unless his company in which he is director is removed from the default list in MCA records.
