Is it mandatory to file form 23B for first auditor appointment by the board of directors? If board of directors had appointed the 1st auditor of the company, as per my knowledge no need to intimate the 1st auditor appointment to the MCA (i.e no need to file form 23B). But, while filling Form 23AC, there is a mandatory column of SRN of Form 23B. So what i do as we aren't filed Form 23B bcz appointment made by board of directors?

We are private ltd co. had filed charge in the year 1984 for Rs. 2lac. It was cleared long time back but failed to filed form 17 for satisfaction of charge. Now, we are unable to clear the charge as the Bank is not exist. Pl guide how to resolve this matter and clear the charge. We have visited to ROC but they told we have to file form 17 alongwith clearance Certificate.

Dear All,

In the event of death of Shareholder & there are no legal heirs for the aforesaid shareholder. For the Past more than 8 years dividend is being transferred to Investor Education Fund. Company is aware that there are no legal heirs for the shareholder.
What remedy is available to the company for these shares as in near future also there will be no claimant for these shares ever.
Can we cancel these shares or what to do for these shares ?

I am a practising CS. I cannot update/register my new digital signature as professional on MCA portal after my old DSC expired.

However this new DSC got successful updated in capacity of Director.

When I tried to register same DSC as professional, error message came "User already registered against this PAN"

I have filed form 23AC,form 20B and form 23ACA.But i couldn't get the compliance certificate and so form 66 is not yet filed.I didnt attach compliance certificate to form 23Ac.is that not a problem?

An Indian Company formed a WOS in Singapore in May 2013.Its first Financial Year will fall on 31st March,2014.
In the above situation,is it necessary to attach in the Directors Report of the Holding Company for the year ended 31st March,2013,its interest in the said Subsidiary Company U/s 212.
Can the auditor in such case mentioned in its Report that the Holding Company has complied with the provisions of section 212 regarding preparation of consolidated financial statement
