I need to know the procedure & methods of winding up of the pvt ltd co. I have a pvt ltd co to dissolve which has not filled any return related MCA & IT also. Because of Some disputes they have decided to close the operation and get separated... Please guide me how should I start and what would be the steps and which documents i need to get executed....
