Dear Experts,
We have recently registered a pvt ltd co for a client and have obtained the Certificate of Incorporation.
As per the new Co Act, 2013. we understand that the requirement of obtaining the certificate of commencement of business is applicable to pvt ltd cos also.
request the experts to let me know the procedure for obtaining the certificate to commencement of business for a pvt ltd co as per new companies act, 2013.

There is no requirement for a pvt co to obtain the certificate of commencement of business According to co act 1956 and the new co act provision regarding commencement of business still not applicable.
